suspended

"Your account unaux_30763479 has been automatically suspended by our anti-abuse system, probably because of some prohibited activity on your account."

I've emailed a week ago at contact@profreehost.com but didn't reply my website did not work.
and this website is only for portfolio purposes so there is no prohibited activity on it.

Please help to recover my website back
