Softaculous Apps installer issue.

Hello,
I want to install wordpres on my website, so I click onb "manage", search "Softaculous apps installer", but it doesn't download the site, so I can't install wordPress.
Is it normal?

    In fact, I can't go on the softaculous apps installer website. It still downloading, then it crash
