Page not loading

Installed SSL certificated from SSL for Free and also started making a website on WordPress, but now the page (domain name/wp-admin) is not loading. This happened during the setting of Woocommerce,
I had created 3 websites and all three are not getting loaded. After doing this much work, now the page is not loading, all my effort had gone to waste
