I need help migrating my Wordpress. There has been no reply or support with the ticket i created.

Hello. Please i need help migrating my wordpress account. Does anyone know how i can do the migration. I have tried using plugins, i have tried manually by backing up but all the files dont get downloaded. I have tried sending email to @Admin But there has been no reply. I can't even host with ifastnet because payment method is not available in my country. I just really need help migrating or getting a full back up of all my files
