how do i disable the bot security thing?

i have a link tree type of site that is having problems with the encryption, i added a encryption plugin to wordpress that isnt being able to inject because of the bot security thing that this host has so i want to disable it since the second option that the plugin can inject doesnt work on profreehost, im using wp encryption on wordpress so if someone can help ill be happy
